Custom Electrical System Upgrade for a Sailboat

We recently worked with a customer from Austria who was in the process of upgrading the electrical system on his sailing boat.
The customer had already started the modification himself, when he met our team at one of the trade fairs we attended, and he stayed in contact with us to complete his project. As a result, the project was carried out completely in accordance with the customer’s wishes and requirements, and in close cooperation with him.

The customer had already designed the system himself and provided us with part of the components, such as:

• 2x 24V Victron Energy NG batteries
• 2x main battery switches
• 1x Orion High Power DC-DC converter
• 1x Cerbo GX communication unit
• 1x GX Touch display

Our electricians then assisted with advice and with selecting the components that were still missing. Consequently, they added to the system:

• 2x MPPT charge controllers
• 1x  Lynx BMS 1000 NG distributor
• 2x ANL fuse holders + 2x ANL fuses 400A

For the selected components, they determined the appropriate wiring, ensured proper electrical connections, and programmed the electronic components so that they communicated correctly and efficiently with each other.

We also prepared the system for transport (in a car) and for easy installation on the sailing boat.
With the help of his chosen electrician, our customer then successfully installed the system.

Based on the photos we received, we would especially like to highlight and praise the installation work. Such a high-quality and precise installation is something we encounter very rarely!
